Here at Ireland Insulation we are external insulation experts.
Oftentimes people ask us; what is the difference between external insulation and traditional insulation?
Firstly, as the name suggests, external insulation is fitted to the outside of the structure. Conventional forms of insulation such as fiberglass and cellulose insulation is usually installed internally, in the walls or roof of the structure.
Furthermore external insulation is much better than the conventional forms of insulation. External insulation provides such efficiency that the SEAI offers grants of up to €4500 to promote the use of this insulation and improve energy efficiency throughout Ireland.
People are often worried that external insulation will affect the aesthetic of a structure, especially homes. Once the external insulation has been correctly installed and fitted it can be finished to match the original aesthetic of the structure, or a different finish can be applied to completely overhaul the look of the structure. External insulation also adds some width to all of the walls on which it is applied.
At Ireland Insulation we have years of experience with all types of insulation, but we are undoubtedly the external insulation experts. We are NSAI certified and SEAI registered. Our NSAI certification ensures we meet the high standards set by the National Standards Authority of Ireland. We only provide a service of the highest quality. Our SEAI registration means all works carried out by Ireland Insulation are eligible for grants provided by the SEAI.
Our team are highly trained and fully insured. We provide professional guidance from the outset and throughout.
