For external insulation, the SEAI offers grants of varying values.

You could receive €2750 for any apartment or mid terraced house.

If you are interested in insulating a semi-detached house, or a house positioned at the end of a terrace, you could receive a grant of €4500.

The maximum grant available through the SEAI is €6000. This is granted for external insulation being installed on detached houses.

We strongly urge you to contact the SEAI about their grants if you are interested in receiving one. This scheme has been running for quite some time, and you should make sure to make use of it before it's too late.
